Pumpkin Paintin' & Our Weekend

We had another great weekend with Graham's family and I finally got to paint some pumpkins.  I'd only been looking forward to it since we painted the ones for our wedding nearly a year ago!

Saturday -
We slept in and got some much needed rest before starting our busy little day.  Graham spent some time solo on the 4-wheeler, checking out how much water was left from all the rain we received nearly a month ago.  Crazy as it sounds, there is still TONS of water standing.  It's going to take some time for all of it to dry up.  While Graham was busy riding, I went to the store to get the pumpkins and to get my hair trimmed up a bit.

She wanted to cuddle.
That evening Graham's parents, Reg's family, and our niece Gracen all came to join us on some pumpkin paintin' fun.  We also enjoyed some pizza and pumpkin dip (thank you Pinterest).  The kids did such a great job and we all had so much fun.  I only ended up getting a couple done, but I will work on getting some more finished in the next week or so.

Gracen enjoyed painting her pretty rainbow pumpkin!

Staci's Tech pumpkin turned out awesome!
My cute Halloween pumpkin.

I put our last name on this one.  =)

Sunday -
We got up for church that morning, but the rest of the day was spent being pretty lazy.  We watched "Identity Thief", which turned out to be a complete waste of time.  I laughed like twice throughout the whole movie... and one of those was while I was browsing facebook!

Graham spent some time laying on the futon with Tig and then laying on the bed with Annie... at least he spent quality time with his kids!

I worked on getting the grass watered and decorating our front porch for fall.  I'm loving these cooler temps, y'all!

Love this sweet girl!
