When I started this journey, I decided I would give myself lil "rewards" for every 10lb loss I have. Very seldom do I buy things for myself, but I think it'll help keep me focused and give me something to look forward to.
After weeks of sweatin' like crazy and keeping a daily log of my food intake, I've lost 10lbs. I thought a food scale would be something that would make it easier to see what a true portion size should really be. No more guesstimating on my food log!
Also making it a point that my "rewards" are not centered around food.
FYI - I lost the initial 10lbs back in January, but wasn't ready to write a post yet. =)
